Flaw - Terms of Service

Overview

By inviting or using Flaw ("the Bot") in your Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server immediately. These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and anyone who interacts with the Bot.

Acceptable Use

You may use Flaw for lawful moderation and server management purposes. You agree not to:

Use the Bot to harass, threaten, or harm other users
Attempt to exploit, abuse, or reverse-engineer the Bot
Use the Bot to violate Discord's own Terms of Service
Automate interactions with the Bot in a way that disrupts service
Use the Bot to distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal activity

Data Collection

Flaw stores minimal data necessary to operate. This includes:

Warning records tied to user IDs and guild IDs
AutoMod configuration settings per server
Ticket system configuration per server

      We do not collect message content beyond what is necessary for AutoMod processing. We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Data is stored locally and tied only to your server.
    

Moderation Actions

Server administrators are solely responsible for how they configure and use Flaw's moderation features. Bans, kicks, mutes, and warnings issued through the Bot are the responsibility of the server staff who trigger them. The Bot's developer is not liable for moderation actions taken in your server.

Disclaimer of Warranty

Flaw is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee the Bot will be available at all times, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. Downtime, bugs, or unexpected behavior may occur. Use the Bot at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate the Bot's access to any server at any time, without notice, if we determine that these Terms have been violated or that the Bot is being used in a harmful way.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
